Obesity has become a pandemic. It takes away our vitality. It brings a leaded feeling. It gives us general fatigue apart from bringing in cardiovascular and diabetic threats. We are not even started on the psychological trauma and social stigma related to obesity. Weight management is thankfully not all that difficult.

Trans fat and saturated fats are also in the list of “don’ts” as they create problems for the heart. Diabetics must understand that diabetes can quickly ramify into problems of heart, nerve and feet.
Foods that are rich in electrolytes shall be taken with due care and allergens shall be avoided. Foods that cause allergic swellings can create ground for inflammation and septicemia during diabetes.
Diabetes can be fought but you need to tighten yourself against your propensity towards overindulgence.
