Easy Gift Giving
I love to buy gifts for my out of town family and friends on the internet. I am often thrilled and amazed at the things I can buy on-line. I got my Mom a pair of hiking shoes she loves at Zappos.com. I also get friends books from amazon.com. It is so much easier and convenient to shop and ship a wonderful gift from home, I really enjoy not having to hunt up a box, pack and ship the items myself. Eliminating the extra step of driving to the post office or ups store is a real treat for me. This is especially true around the holidays. It is a great way to send baby gifts to friends who live far away, especially when the store gift wraps the items for you. Often I find unique boutique items that I would not be able to find in my town. I feel so cosmopolitan. It saves time and money. Leaving more time to enjoy my life. Sometimes I even shop for myself on line. I used hughes net internet so I can easily browse from page to page. Once, my children and I bought butterfly cocoons on line. We enjoyed watching them grow. It was really exciting for the kids and I to look at the different butterflies on the computer and then pick which ones we wanted to have. I have a friend who shops for a boyfriend on line. I have another friend who shops for specific dog breeds on line. Often shopping on line has saved me money on pet supplies. Recently I have been shopping for a new house on line, I can not imagine trying to find a house without using the computer to look at pictures, school locations and maps of surrounding areas. I have also purchased travel, theme park, and show tickets and booked hotel rooms on line.
